Protein also does not cause the insulin hormone to go up. After a large meal of carbohydrates, your insulin hormones gets jacked up and this interrupts with your fat burning process.

Today marked the end of the Christmas and New Year bingeing! Yeah, after 3 solid weeks of eating, tonight's buffet dinner signals the end of gluttony and the beginning of a new hardcore weight loss program!Today's buffet took place in the elegant restaurant of Le Meridian Hotel. One of the colleagues client bought the dinner for a party of 6 and the food was just out of the world! I ate scallops that were super big and ice creams that just sends hot sensation down your throat!
But after the dinner, I felt that the dinner was too much and tomorrow the dieting and exercising must start. I did exercised intensely throughout the holiday season, it just that I did not diet.
The diet and weight loss program is to gear me to the half marathon that my clients drag me to join. I felt that was a good challenge and it would make me slim! I am kind of tired now, I would update you with some detail of the program that will get me toned up like never before!

Yes, today is a good start for my program. I have already decided that I would do a half marathon in March. I aim is to bring down at least 3 kilos off my upper body weight and add them up to my leg muscles. I want to run like a robot with big legs!Today diet is excellent. I just had eggs and sausages for breakfast and a chicken thigh and some squids. To make sure I don't cheat, I too away another piece of chicken and eggs.
Now I am at 77 kilos, hopefully I can reach my weight loss goal.
