Tips on doing the bicycle maneuver

Lie flat on the floor with your lower back firmly flat on the ground. Put your hands lightly by your head. Bring your knees up to about a 45-degree angle and with strict form go through a bicycle pedal motion. Touch your left elbow to your right knee, then your right elbow to your left knee. Breathe with control throughout the motion and make sure you tighten your abs.

Practice this fantastic abs exercise 3-5 times a week. Do three sets of 50 reps and you will definitely see good results!
