The best weight loss diet I ever tried is the zero carb diet. There, I said it, no point talking a lot of crap before coming to the answer that you wanted to find out first. I always give heavy concerns on the adaptability of a diet and how well it suits the person going through it before coming to a conclusion that it is the best diet for losing weight.

Basically this diet is called Bodyopus. The concept of this diet is to go on a zero carb diet for five days and then for the weekend you let lose. The reason is here to go into ketosis mode for 5 days and to maximize fat loss because when you have ketones in your body, your body will shift from carb using mode to fat using mode.

Then, when you approach to the end of the week, your body will absorb the carbohydrates and shoot up the glucose into the muscle even more creating a “steroid like” effect, making the muscle really pump up. Maybe the science behind this diet is very attractive, losing fat and building muscle but the main thing is that I can maintain this best weight loss diet throughout the five days with ease. Monday to Friday is basically boring period so there is nothing to celebrate about by eating good food. It also gives me motivation and look forward for the weekend because the weekend is a cheat day!

Honestly, many food outlets do not carry low fat and healthy foods. Even if they did, it really is not tasty at all. Dieting will be like suffering and it is not sustainable. With this best weight loss diet, dieting is easier and easier to maintain because it is only for five days and there is a target to hit, which is the weekend.

I have tried a few diets but it is just not practical for me. Like I stated earlier, there are not much delicious low fat around or foods which have complex carbs around the place I work. For breakfast I will have 3 half boiled eggs, 2 sausages and black coffee with no milk and sugar. For snack, I would take a ready to drink Muscle Milk. Then for lunch, I would take half a roasted chicken with lots of salads. For snacks before dinner, eat a chicken chop without fries, coleslaw bought during lunch and for dinner, I would have stir fry chicken cubes with peppers, chili, mushrooms, onions and garlic.

I find that if I buy my snack together with lunch, I can conquer my cravings easier. I have always get results easier with zero carbs diet. Maybe because I am a chubby person and I really hate measuring my food. You know sometimes you need to measure your food portions in order to get the right calorie intake.
