Exercise To
Lose Belly Fat
" Yes!
You have to exercise to lose belly fat! There is no way around it,
especially if you want to sustain the new fat loss."
|
Yes, exercise is the one of the
least preferred
activity, especially when the world is moving forward so fast and
people are just so busy with their daily jobs and daily schedule. Well,
you can’t have it all cant you? |
Belly fat
usually occurs to men because unlike the female, men tend to store body
fat around their waistline. In order to lose the gut, you need to
exercise. Well, some people might have lost lots of weight through
dieting alone but if you want to lose body fat healthily and safely,
you need to exercise to lose belly fat and combine it with dieting.
The
reason is this. To lose body fat, calories in must be lesser than
calories out. To increase calories out can be done through increasing
our daily activity, and one of the best ways to do it is to exercise.
On the other hand, the best way to decrease calories in is through
dieting. So, if we can combine both dieting and exercising, we can
attack the body fat with two ways, which is why we need to exercise to
burn belly fat! A double whammy!. But you are forgetting one thing.
Through exercise, we build muscles and it contributes to one very
important thing. Increase in metabolism! By building more lean muscle
in our body, our basal metabolic rate gets higher because muscles are
living tissues and they need calories to survive. Not only that, with
more muscles stored in our body, when we do our daily activities like
walking and running, we burn more calories because the muscles will
utilize additional calories.
Combine
Exercise And Dieting For Ultimate Belly Fat Burning!
Dieting alone is not the best way to lose belly
fat because dieting
is an artificial way of eating. Yes, dieting is very important, but
sustaining that lifestyle is more important. I have seen many people
diet hard for a couple of months and they really can lose lots of
weight. But when they are of the diet, they just put back on all the
weight. Dieting must be combined with exercise to lose belly fat
because exercising creates a sustaining active lifestyle.
Even if
you are off a diet, you would not put back on the weight or at least
would not gain weight back the weight so fast because you’re
metabolism
if higher and you daily calorie expenditure is higher too.
So,
when the overall body fat is lowered, belly fat will start to
disappear. There is no such thing as spot reduction. Our body functions
in a way that it reduces body fat in an overall manner.
According
to the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the recommended exercise
sessions are, 3-5 cardio sessions per week and 2 sessions of weight
training per week. Choose the cardio machines that you really like. The
good calorie burners are the treadmill and the stair master. If you
don’t like the gym, go outside and jog. One cardio session
should last
around 30-45 minutes and target for 300 calories.
Weight train twice per week and
target the entire body.
You can split up your routine, day 1 for training legs, chest and
triceps and day 2 for back, shoulder and biceps. Train your abs
everyday.
Think no more, you
have to exercise
to lose belly fat. Make a change today and start improving your life.
Not only exercise helps you lose weight but it also gives you ample
amount of other health benefits! You wont regret it.
