Foods That Burn Fat, Tips From A Personal Trainer!
“ Foods
that burn fat can help you burn more weight besides doing exercise
everyday.
Use these foods to get you the edge to achieve a perfect body!”
We
all know that the equation to a beautiful body is weight training plus
cardio plus dieting. But sometimes, even we do all that; we
can’t seem to get the body that we want.
It seems that there is something extra needed to be done to get the
body that looks like the cover model on the Men’s Health
magazine. With that in mind, consider these foods that can help you
boost your metabolism and burn extra body fat to help you lose weight
and get that ripped body that you dream of.
Foods That
Burn Fat 1: Vitamin C Rich Foods
Foods that contain lots of vitamin C is said to be like fat burners.
Examples of foods that are rich in vitamin C are like limes, lemons,
oranges, apples, watermelon, celery and broccoli. Vitamin C is believed
to dilute fat and makes it easier for the body to flush the fat out.
Not only that, apples and most fresh fruits contains lots of Pectin,
which limits the fat absorption by the body. Pectin also aids in the
absorption of watery substance and this causes a reaction between the
cells and the watery substance which ten releases fat deposits.
Foods That
Burn Fat 2: Spicy Foods
Spicy foods like peppers contain capsaicin and this substance can help
burn body fat because it induces the body to produce more stress
hormones. This will then increase the metabolic rate and burn more
calories. So, if you on a diet buy more chili and peppers. You can chop
them up and make a delicious omelet.
Foods That
Burn Fat 3: Green Tea, Tea and Black Tea
These drinks have been famous to help burn body fat. These teas
contains a compound called polyphenols which is also known as
catechins. According to the American Journal of Clinical, green tea has
shown to activate the body thermogenic fat burning activity. To do
that, it requires 690 mg of catechins per day taken for 12 weeks.
Foods That
Burn Fat 4: Lean Protein
According to fat loss guru, Tom Venuto, consuming lean protein is the
answer to a sexy rock hard body. Consuming whole foods can be
thermogenic because it requires the body to digest the food and this
uses calories. According to him, the formula to create a perfect high
thermogenic meal is to combine lean protein with low fibrous carbs.
For the fibrous carbs, you can choose asparagus, green beans, broccoli,
brussel sprouts, cauliflower or salad vegetables. Then combine these
with lean protein like lean turkey, chicken breast or fish.
By combining these foods with an intense workout program, you can
really boost up your weight loss program!
Besides the diet, it is recommended that you do 4 to 5 sessions of
cardio sessions per week and at least 3 sessions of weight training a
week. On the weight training days, do the weight training first then
precede the cardio. That way you can really hit the fats when you hop
onto the cardio machines.
Do high intensity weight training programs. Include supersets and drop
sets to set your muscle on fire to maximize results.
