restaurant,

avoid all sorts of sugar, fruits, and carbs. Carbohydrates include
bread, rice,
pasta, noodles and cereals. Watch out for gravies because they usually
have
lots of hidden carbs like sugar. No more junk food like cakes, ice
creams and
chocolates. Drink only unsweetened black coffee and water. No fruit
juices and
soft drinks. Do not eat your meat breaded.
Focus
on meat like chicken, turkey, fish, pork and beef. You
can also eat other seafood like squids, prawns and clams. Eat lots and
lots of
vegetables because it provides bulk and fiber. Eggs are advisable but
do not
eat more than 2 yolks a day. Cook your food by grill, roasted,
stir-fried or
steamed.

protein diets works extremely well when combined with
exercise. You need a complete workout program if you are serous about
getting
you six pack abs. Do your cardio 3-4 times a week and train with
weights at
least 3 times a week. There is no such thing an easy come body. You
need to
sacrifice time and suffer a bit of pain to get what you deserve!
Although
high protein diets give you great results,
you should not be on that diet for too long. 3 to 4 months is quite
enough for
you to lose those stubborn fat and then slowly make a shift and start
adding n
quality complex carbs in your diet.
