Foods that are high in protein are of poultry, beef, lamb, turkey, fish, tuna, salmon, eggs, duck, veal, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, milk and soy beans. Look for sources that are low in fat. Fish and turkey are best options. Egg whites are also good but eat it without the yolk. Combine your protein foods with a bit of low Glycemic carbohydrates and lots of vegetables. If you want to lose weight effectively, spread your daily calorie intake into 6 meals. Sounds crazy right? But it works! Eating smaller meals keeps the body metabolism running high.
