heart rate. Later, take the figure and multiply by 75% and then add
back the figure with your resting heart rate. The final result will be
your heart rate for 75%. To get the range, repeat the calculations but
use 85% instead of 75% to get the upper end of the range.

works out 5 times a week for 2 months and could not understand why she
