"The ultimate treadmill workout
can be your answer to a beautiful sexy body!"
Jogging on the treadmill can be very boring. Long time ago, the
treadmill is usually placed facing the wall or just facing outside.
People are left spending 30 full minutes, sometimes up to an hour on
the treadmill jogging and staring into nothing. That is really boring.
Thank god, some creative and daring individuals have created treadmills
that are equipped with Cardio Theater so that people can watch the
news, MTV or the Discovery channel while spending one hour on the
treadmill. Lets face it, having a cable TV along with your treadmill
workout does help a lot.
But still, with the cardio theater and good music, running monotonously
can be boring and stale too. You need some kind of treadmill exercise
routine to keep your cardio workout interesting. Not to worry, here is
three-cardio workout plan that that you can use to make your cardio
session interesting, so interesting that you will actually look forward
doing it!

Workout 1: Uphill Running After Uphill Cycling
If you really want to kill your legs and burn your fat, you need to try
out this workout. First of all, you need a stationary bike. Hop on to
it and do 10 intervals of uphill cycling. One interval consists of 1
minute uphill cycling at max level and 1 minute of rest at level 4 or 5
on your resistance. When you cycle uphill, the resistance will burn
your thighs, hamstrings and butt.
Then, after the 20 minutes, hop on to the treadmill for 10 intervals of
uphill running and uphill walking. One interval consists of 2 minutes,
1 minute uphill running at gradient 6, speed 8.0 km/h and 1 minute
uphill walking at gradient 5 speed 5.o km/h. This will further kill
your hamstrings and butt.
If you are looking to get a sexy butt, this is the treadmill workout
for you.

Workout 2: high Intensity Interval Training.
This is a workout that is suitable for those that is looking for speed.
This is an extremely short and intense cardio workout that promises
lots of sweat and body fat burned! Not to mention the metabolism boost
that it will give!
It is divided into 10 intervals and one interval is made up from 1
minute of sprint and one minute of walking. When it is time to sprint,
you really have to give 110 % and make sure you are almost out of
breath by the time the one-minute is up. Then, slow down the speed and
walk for another minutes before sprinting again. By the time 20 minutes
is up, you will really feel burned!

Workout 3: Pyramid
This is another excellent way to break your cardio threshold!
This workout is also broken into intervals but not ten. It only has 4
intervals. The first 2 minutes is warm up, then the next minute you
will go up one level. Then the next minute another level up, and then
the next minute another level up and finally, the last minute on the
first interval you jack up another minute then back to the first level.
Do four intervals but the on the fourth interval, you have another
minute which is called the threshold breaker. This is another level up
compared to the highest level on the other intervals.
